Adults can benefit from creating crafts, and many who take part in creative projects report not only a reduction in stress, but also a discovery of their unknown talents. 

JVSO members can register to take craft classes offered at least 6 times per year. Materials are usually provided, and occasionally there is a nominal fee to purchase some of the materials.
